Client Overview:

Pontinova is an independent boutique law firm based in Zurich, specializing in international legal advice at the interface between Germany - Switzerland - the United Arab Emirates.

Project Objective:

To design and develop a sophisticated and user-friendly website that reflects the firm's brand messaging.


1. Discovery and Research

Client Meetings: Conducted a series of meetings to understand the firm's vision, target audience, and unique selling points.

Mood board: Collated a variation visual elements to curate an aesthetic reflecting modern corporate.

2. Design Strategy

Brand Integration: Ensured the firm's branding was seamlessly integrated with the new design system to maintain a consistent and professional look.

Structuring Content: Utilising content to accentuate the firm message.

Leveraging Design Systems: A repurposed IBM design systems allowed us to communicate a combination of modern corporate with a familiarity

Wireframes and Sitemaps: Created wireframes and interactive prototypes to map out user journeys and the website’s structure.

3. Visual Design

Design Drafting and Revision: Developing high-fidelity mockups which are reviewed by the client. These rounds of revision ensure that ideation meets reality.

4. Web Development

Technology Stack: Built on Webflow and low-code solutions.

Custom Features: Developed custom features such as a multilingual interface (German, English, Arabic), interactive contact forms, and an appointment booking system.

Responsive Design: Ensured the website design was fully responsive, providing an optimal user experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Client Feedback

Lead Generation & Conversion Rate: contact booking features have led to increase in client inquiries and consultations.

Positive feedback from clients and stakeholders regarding the website’s design, functionality, and ease of use.
