NEANO Escape & NEANO Cliff

The main obstacle for this project was designing for a resort with multiple offerings & effectively communicating these.

These included the "Escape", "Cliff", "Dining" & "Invest" propositions.

Goals

Brand Enhancement: Reinforcing the luxury aesthetic of the brand through the online digital experience.

User Retention: To create a web design ensuring brand consistency, and implementing best practices to promote high conversion of customers.

1. Content Planning & Wire Framing

Brainstorming & Ideation: Was a pleasure working with the team at NEANO to bring to life their digital experience. Much of the discussion for NEANO surrounded a timeless & simple design to complement central visual pieces of NEANO content.

Drafting User Flows: A lot of time was spent investigating NEANOs primary objectives, and designing around the priorities of NEANO Group. Elements such as the Investing page, room selections, and various resort offerings.

2. Visual Design

  • Design System: Replicating Revolut's design system, as well as Uber Base's design system to create a cohesive aesthetic to the dashboard.

  • Hierachy: Using a combination of colors and shading to highlight central components of the design.

3. User Flows

Deployment: Successfully deployed the website on a reliable hosting platform, ensuring security and scalability.

Training and Documentation: Provided comprehensive training and documentation to the firm's staff for content management and basic troubleshooting.

Ongoing Support: Offered post-launch support for any technical issues, updates, and maintenance to ensure the website remains current and functional.

Goals

User Engagement: Goal to increase in user engagement, with a notable rise in time spent on the website and lower bounce rates.

Lead Generation: To create additional funnels for users to convert to Revolut features. Eg news/update widgets, Revolut portfolio ping.
